About PIP Labs, Poseidon & Numo
PIP Labs is at the forefront of revolutionizing data infrastructure for the next generation of AI. In an era where high-quality, IP-safe data is the new form of intellectual property, we enable AI companies to source the data they need to enhance performance and scalability.
Backed by a16z, we’re a fast-moving team dedicated to defining a new category in AI data sourcing. Our datasets include conversational audio, complex video, and domain-specific imagery, among others, allowing models to operate effectively in real-world environments.
Numo stands as a prime example of our innovation. This consumer application empowers individuals worldwide to contribute valuable training data through simple tasks, earning rewards in the process. Currently focusing on voice data across underrepresented languages, we are committed to developing a scalable, distributed supply layer for high-quality AI training data, with plans to expand into new tasks and modalities soon.
About the Role
Having successfully launched the first version of Numo as a web app, we are now embarking on the journey to create a native mobile experience from the ground up for both iOS and Android platforms. We are seeking a Mobile Product Manager to take ownership of this initiative from conception to execution, aiming to scale the user base to millions.
This senior product role requires you to be the primary advocate for product vision, working closely with engineering leadership to steer the product process and uphold critical decisions. You will not merely follow a pre-established roadmap; rather, you will actively shape the product from the initial wireframe to launch and through its growth phase.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating existing components to determine what should transition to mobile, what needs to be rebuilt, and what innovative features must be developed. You will oversee the design and functionality of the product, measuring success through user engagement and growth metrics.
The initial version is complete, and your challenge will be to drive user growth from one to ten million.
