Position: MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT / LOAN PROCESSOR

Salary: Up to 1,900 New Zealand Dollars (approximately ₱66,000 PHP+), with the final offer determined by the client based on the candidate's experience.

Working Hours: NZ business hours.

Work Setup: Fully remote.

Holidays: Observance of New Zealand holidays.

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor to enhance our dynamic mortgage finance team. This position involves supporting mortgage broking operations, managing interactions with lenders, and assisting with client file processing. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings enthusiasm and initiative to the team.

Core Responsibilities

Loan Processing & CRM Workflow:

  • Finalize lender selections based on client needs and loan strategy.
  • Conduct accurate funding calculations.
  • Ensure data integrity and submit notes in CRM systems, utilizing AI tools where applicable (target: a minimum of 2 files/day).
  • Provide lender servicing support and familiarize with key bank policies.
  • Manage the ApplyOnline (AOL) loan submission process.
  • Handle SMSF structures and self-employed loan applications.
  • Evaluate income documentation , review payslips, company and individual tax returns.
  • Carry out lender file follow-ups and track progress.
  • Flexibly assist with ad-hoc tasks and effectively multitask during shifts.

Client Management & Communication:

  • Support back-book client management (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Follow the client review process comprehensively, beyond just scheduling meetings.
  • Communicate with clients primarily through email (no outbound calling required).
  • Maintain professionalism with clients and internal teams; positivity and a collaborative spirit are essential.

Team Collaboration:

  • Engage in regular team Zoom calls for updates and team-building activities.
