Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with loan applicants to collect essential information regarding their credit, employment, and financial history to facilitate loan approval.
Gather, analyze, and process documentation from applicants, credit bureaus, employers, and various creditors to verify financial information and credit status.
Review and compile accurate loan information promptly to secure necessary loan approvals.
Maintain communication with applicants, underwriters, and creditors to address any issues or inquiries related to application data.
Assist with special projects and perform additional tasks as needed.
