POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Motor Field Representative, you will play a vital role in our grassroots efforts by registering new voters, recruiting precinct committeemen and delegates, attending local GOP meetings, and cultivating robust activist networks within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include data management, outreach to potential members and activists, delivering presentations, representing our organization at events, developing innovative plans to boost voter turnout, and networking on behalf of our cause. We seek a candidate who is a team player committed to the success of voter registration, precinct committeemen recruitment, and the overall Field Program. The ideal candidate will embody our company culture, showcasing traits such as grassroots humility, a warrior spirit, and relentless innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Commitment to fulfill all outlined duties and any additional tasks assigned
- Enthusiasm for conservative politics and election-related work
- Adaptability and eagerness in a dynamic work environment
- Positive demeanor

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous involvement in grassroots political efforts
- Experience in field or territory management
- Background in establishing campus organizations or
- Leadership roles in conservative youth organizations
- Experience in recruitment
Candidates must successfully pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
