Role overview
The Multi-Unit Operations Manager oversees several locations in Boston, leading a team of General Managers to deliver consistent results and maintain Blank Street’s standards. This position shapes store culture, supports teams, and ensures operational excellence throughout the market.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise multiple stores in the Boston area, offering guidance and support to General Managers.
- Establish and uphold high operational standards across all locations.
- Recruit, train, and develop leadership talent to foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Coach General Managers on financial and operational decisions, including profit and loss management.
- Plan and forecast labor and inventory needs for smooth daily operations.
- Serve as the main connection between headquarters and store teams, introducing new initiatives and ensuring their adoption.
- Share feedback and insights to support ongoing operational improvements.
- Travel regularly to stores throughout Boston.
Reporting structure
This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
