Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Facilitate training sessions for new Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Independent Contractor (IC) Auditors, assisting regional managers in onboarding. Provide guidance and leadership to QHSE Associates or Professionals. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions for audits. Support Audit Quality methodologies to ensure product reliability for Avetta clients. Review assessments of Supplier QHSE management systems by auditors. Collaborate across departments for timely investigations and corrective actions. Validate documentation accuracy for corrective actions with auditors. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Certification standards. Support the continual education of QHSE professionals and assist in related training initiatives.

We are seeking a dedicated Multilingual QHSE Quality, Training & Development Specialist fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay. This role is crucial to supporting our QHSE Audit Optimization Department. You will report directly to the Lead of QHSE Training, Quality & Development, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of QHSE Manual Audits, training new auditors, and ensuring ongoing education initiatives.
Hybrid Work Model: Candidates residing within a commutable distance to our Auckland office will be required to follow a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. For those outside of this area, remote work opportunities may still be considered. Please note this position requires full working rights in New Zealand without the need for sponsorship.
