About the job

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive national strategy for channel programs that aligns seamlessly with the company’s overarching business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and enhance the channel partner ecosystem, focusing on the recruitment, onboarding, and empowerment of new partners.
• Create and execute programs designed to drive revenue growth and elevate partner performance, including comprehensive training, sales support, and attractive incentives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that channel strategies are in alignment with business goals.
• Continuously monitor channel performance, analyze results, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that programs are yielding optimal results.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key channel partners, delivering ongoing support and guidance to maximize their performance.
• Ensure compliance of all channel activities and processes with industry standards, including SOC2, to safeguard data security and privacy.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to channel teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of team objectives.
• Undertake additional tasks as requested by management.
