Role Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive National Operations Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency across various sites. Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels across multiple locations to maintain stock within specified limits.

Purchasing & Cost Control

Position Overview: Property AnalystWe are seeking a dedicated Property Analyst to join our client’s team, a leading Australian real estate and development firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the analysis and enhancement of property and real estate operations.Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 AUD monthlyEngagement Type: Independent Contractor AgreementWork Schedule: Align with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)Your Role: As a Property Analyst, you will provide comprehensive insights, perform detailed analyses, and generate reports on property performance, market dynamics, and investment potential across various sectors including residential, commercial, retail, and industrial.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the property sector.Evaluate and analyze property portfolios, focusing on performance metrics, occupancy rates, rental yields, and valuations.Assist in property acquisitions and investment strategies using data-driven insights.Create reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and other stakeholders.Support financial modeling and feasibility studies for new projects.Monitor competitive activities and prepare benchmarking reports.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance property performance.Maintain accurate property data and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
