Location: Dordrecht / Heemstede
Hours: 32–40 hours per week

With the departure of the current developer, you will fully assume control: you will steer the direction, manage the timeline, uphold quality standards, and drive future enhancements. What will you do as a . NET Developer (QBridge)?
As a . NET Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, modernizing, and evolving QBridge. You will work independently, without a Product Owner, and actively gather input from stakeholders. You will be the technical powerhouse behind this product, ensuring that QBridge remains stable, secure, and future-proof.
Your main tasks/responsibilities include:
A. Development & Maintenance (. NET)
Maintain, enhance, and expand QBridge (VB. NET + C#).
Analyze existing code, resolve bugs, and execute refactoring.
Develop new functionalities based on customer and chain needs.
Optimize product performance, stability, and security.
B. Integrations & Connections
Maintain and develop connections with dental labs, Exquise NG, and external systems.
Work with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and file exchanges.
Ensure QBridge remains current with technological and process developments.
C. Functional Management (without PO)
Independently gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
Set priorities, create planning, and manage your own backlog.
Advise on technical choices and future-proofing.
D. Quality, Documentation & Release Management
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Conduct tests, regression tests, and quality controls.
Prepare, test, and roll out releases.
Ensure knowledge retention for continuity and transferability.
E. Further Development & Modernization
Contribute ideas for future architecture (API-first, cloud-ready).
Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the codebase.
Propose innovations within the dental technology sector.
