SonarSource is growing and investing in its network infrastructure. The Network Engineer (f/m/d) will help design, implement, and maintain global network systems supporting all office locations and cloud environments. The goal: fast, secure, and reliable connectivity for every SonarSourcer and service.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain Sonar's global network infrastructure, supporting both office sites and cloud environments.
- Take ownership of key areas including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and DNS architecture, ensuring network services remain secure, high-performing, and fit for a distributed, growing team.
- Develop and maintain network monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to deliver real-time insights into network health, performance, and security across all locations and cloud connections.
- Work closely with Product Engineering, Information Security, and Infrastructure Engineering to build secure network controls and segmentation directly into engineering workflows.
- Use and promote AI tools to improve network operations, including alert triage, anomaly detection, capacity planning, and configuration management.
- Contribute to defining and refining metrics for network reliability and performance (such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and dashboards), making network health visible and actionable for stakeholders.
