As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing Level 1 customer and IT support while implementing customer solution builds. This technical position requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders, regardless of their technical background.
Your responsibilities will encompass deploying router configurations for customer solutions and onboarding these configurations into the Strencom network. This includes tasks such as IP Addressing and subnetting, updating configuration templates with customer-specific information, deploying configurations on routers, and upgrading firmware versions when necessary. You will also be tasked with testing hardware prior to deployment and updating customer-specific documentation and diagrams.
If you are pursuing a Cisco certification or have recently qualified with limited hands-on experience, you may be the ideal candidate for this role.
