Teltonika is seeking a Networking and IoT Engineer to join the technical support team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This position focuses on supporting and advancing networking solutions for industrial and enterprise applications. The team develops and manufactures equipment such as routers, switches, gateways, and modems, which play a key role in Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy projects.

What You Will Do

Advise customers on using Teltonika Networks products, addressing technical challenges in writing and through online meetings.
Work closely with technical support teams in Teltonika’s international offices to ensure consistent, high-quality assistance and share expertise.
Act as a liaison between R&D, other departments, and customers to resolve complex technical issues.
Troubleshoot problems related to customer configurations, firmware or software, and other technical sources independently.
Gain practical experience with Linux-based systems, industrial protocols, networking services, and occasional third-party peripherals.
Create and update documentation for both internal and external use, including contributions to the Teltonika Wiki.

What We Look For

Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support (considered an advantage).
Solid understanding of computer networking, including TCP/IP, OSI models, routing, firewalls, VLANs, and related protocols.
