Position Overview
The Night Auditor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the resort's operations during the overnight shift. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, primarily focused on Front Desk and Night Audit tasks. Key duties include managing property oversight, addressing guest complaints, assisting customers, responding to disturbances, entering and reconciling reservations, preparing arrival documentation, and processing payments as required.
