The Night Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards across all business operations, with a particular emphasis on enhancing client satisfaction and collaborating effectively with Independent Contractors (ICs). This role requires strong independent initiative while also thriving in teamwork and adapting to a variety of facility settings, including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and more. Critical to success is exercising sound judgment in addressing and reporting client concerns, engaging management and other stakeholders as necessary to fully meet client needs.

- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, productive partnerships with ICs and in-house labor by effectively communicating client needs, collaborating to resolve issues, and supporting their success.
- Quality Assurance & Scope Review: Monitor and enforce quality standards through regular reviews of the scope of work, detailed inspections, and ongoing evaluations to ensure retention of existing business and acquisition of new accounts.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide daily updates and urgent issue notifications to the Facility Solutions Manager through nightly recaps and proactive outreach. Efficiently communicate to enable quick resolution of issues.
