We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our San Antonio Kind Clinic team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver care to patients in collaboration with attending physicians. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including some evening and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication with patients, staff, and physicians, delivering patient care with professionalism and courtesy while staying informed on the latest research to enhance clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical procedures under the guidance of the attending physician in accordance with approved protocols.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including patient assessments, history taking, and developing care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
  • Maintain medical records in compliance with established standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising and attending physicians to review patient records and care plans regularly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and outside agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Work independently while being an integral part of the clinical team.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
