The Opportunity
As a Health Care Aide (HCA) reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will be a key member of our interprofessional health care team, providing continuous client care. You will observe, monitor, and report on client conditions, ensuring timely communication of any changes to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

In this role, you will accurately deliver prescribed medications in accordance with Carewest's policies and maintain professional and ethical standards at all times. Additional duties may be required based on client needs.

Program Summary:
The Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program (RCTP) is a short-stay restorative care service that assists medically stable adults who require further assessment, recuperation, and therapy before returning to their communities.
