Experience with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase preferred). Prior home health experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $109,200.00 - $131,040.00 per year

We are currently looking for dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide exceptional care in a home health setting!

Per-Visit Rates:

$75 for each regular OT visit

$112.50 for each OT evaluation

$187.50 for OT start of care

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and implement effective therapy interventions

  • Create individualized plans of care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

  • Ensure timely clinical documentation and visit notes

  • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, team members, and patient families

  • Demonstrate comfort in all aspects of home health care

  • Oversee patient treatment and outcomes, either directly or through COTA supervision

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines

  • Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities

  • Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license

  • Minimum of one year of experience in occupational therapy

  • Valid Texas driver's license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Familiarity with healthcare software, preferably Homecare Homebase

  • Previous experience in home health is a plus, but not required
