$75 for each regular OT visit

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and implement effective therapy interventions
Create individualized plans of care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Ensure timely clinical documentation and visit notes
Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, team members, and patient families
Demonstrate comfort in all aspects of home health care
Oversee patient treatment and outcomes, either directly or through COTA supervision

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities
Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Minimum of one year of experience in occupational therapy
Valid Texas driver's license
Current CPR certification
