Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patient functional abilities and daily living challenges using both standardized and functional assessments.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that emphasize practical goals and track measurable outcomes.
- Deliver direct therapy and training aimed at improving patient mobility, coordination, strength, and independence.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding safe techniques, home exercise programs, and adaptive strategies.
- Advise on adaptive equipment and suggest modifications for home and workplace settings as needed.
- Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, patient progress, and treatment plan adjustments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
