Offshore Machine Integrity Engineer

RequirementsResponsibilitiesSupport the integrity management of the fleet's machine systems;Contribute to continuous improvement of vessel maintenance plans;Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance and operational reliability;Conduct data analysis applied to maintenance management;Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations;Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards;Guarantee fulfillment of contractual client requirements, especially in the context of audits;Support continuous improvement initiatives in technical processes of the fleet;Strengthen quality management and machine integrity;Collaborate with technical and HSEQ departments to ensure standardization and operational safety. Academic / Technical BackgroundBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Engineering;Active registration with the relevant professional council (CREA). Technical SkillsExperience managing maintenance systems applied to vessels;Data analysis focused on reliability and maintenance;Development, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs;Presentation and communication techniques;Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile;Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. ExperiencePrevious experience in maintenance, process management, or execution of repairs in offshore vessels;Knowledge of load handling operations and maneuvers in offshore environments;
