As the first point of contact, you will welcome new clients through 20-30 minute Zoom calls following their initial program purchase. In this role, you will verify program details, establish deep connections by understanding their motivations and challenges, share success stories, and potentially propose premium upgrades framed as valuable enhancements, drawing analogies to elevate their wellness journey.
