Role Overview
The Onboarding Implementation Specialist for SMB helps new customers get started with Motive during their first 90 days. This role guides clients through onboarding, supports product adoption, and provides education about Motive’s offerings. Building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are central to this position.
Success depends on strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for new small and midsize business customers during onboarding.
- Help clients set up hardware and software, and deliver system training to support a smooth start and product adoption.
- Monitor customer progress and provide ongoing support to help clients realize the value of Motive’s products.
Location
This position is open to candidates based in Islamabad or Lahore (hybrid), or remote within Pakistan.
