iCapital is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate to become a pivotal member of our Onboarding Solutions team. This role is integral to iCapital's core mission, emphasizing the enhancement of operational scalability, fostering innovation, and delivering unparalleled experiences to our clients and partners. The successful candidate will gain deep expertise in the iCapital platform and serve as a trusted advisor, aiming for excellence in operations.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing effective workflows for legal documents and will collaborate closely with fellow Associates and Assistant Vice Presidents as a strategic problem solver. This position requires a high degree of collaboration, focusing on comprehending legal documents and refining operational processes as a cohesive unit.

Responsibilities

  • Organize legal documents within the iCapital software utilizing our proprietary tools.
  • Navigate technical systems and tools that underpin the iCapital platform, including configuration management, workflow logic, and issue resolution across various platform interfaces.
  • Determine the relevance of questions in legal documents for different investor types and apply the necessary logic.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding advancements and opportunities for improvement in internal systems and processes.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of all interfaces within the Onboarding Solutions team, ensuring a smooth transition for clients from internal to external teams.
  • Execute technical and operational tasks, managing daily workflows to guarantee consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in subscription document onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues promptly.
  • Assess client needs derived from multiple external stakeholders such as Fund Administrators, Legal, and Tax professionals.
  • Ensure that the final client product maintains high standards of grammar, logic, syntax, and accuracy.
  • Conduct peer reviews of team outputs to ensure operational standards are upheld.
  • Work closely with the Product team to analyze platform behavior, troubleshoot complex issues, and support root-cause analysis across workflows, integrations, and data dependencies.
  • Enhance and maintain product documentation and internal resources.
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance targets through effective task delegation.
