Join Our Team – Enterprise Performance Management
Consult with fast-growing companies and established enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a diverse range of transformational enterprise performance management (EPM) projects utilizing industry-leading tools such as OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle EPM Cloud. Partner with leaders across Highspring to deliver fully integrated services that support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.
Your Contributions
- As a Senior Consultant, you will engage directly with clients, translating their business needs into specific systems, applications, or process designs for various CPM solutions, ranging from straightforward to intricate integrations.
- Assist the CPM practice in shaping deals, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and comprehensive analysis.
- Convert client requirements into effective CPM solutions, encompassing systems integrations and proposing the best solutions available.
- Prepare clients for the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operational changes, defining and delivering training programs, and executing testing plans.
- Lead OneStream project delivery, aligning with clients’ tactical and strategic goals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage actively in deployment activities, providing technical guidance to the project team while collaborating with business units to align planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements with OneStream applications.
- Manage customer relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the project manager and team to communicate vital information, gather team input, review outstanding issues and action items, contribute insights to team meetings and reports, and utilize defined technology and tools for each project.
