Job Role: As an Online Bidding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's digital services forward. You will be tasked with sourcing and securing new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in online bidding on various freelancing platforms.
- Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and documentation as per client requirements.
- Interact with clients, negotiate terms, and manage relationships effectively.
- Seek out quality leads in mobile application development, web development, and digital marketing sectors.
- Generate new business across a variety of digital services while meeting sales targets under tight deadlines.
- Utilize social media to enhance sales lead generation.
- Possess an understanding of selling web, mobile, and digital marketing services.
Skills Needed:
- 0-1 years of experience in online bidding is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in working hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interview Process: Candidates will undergo a face-to-face technical round followed by an HR interview.
