Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary L1 & L2 technical escalation point for troubleshooting application, system, and network issues for customer projects. Take ownership of customer-reported issues, ensuring timely resolution within SLA targets. Be available for standby duties outside regular hours to address system outages or degradations. Collaborate with both customer and Optasia’s internal technical teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems, minimizing customer impact during major incidents. Adhere to standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues. Serve as the local single point of contact for service operations-related matters, driving progress. Participate in technical meetings as required by MNO. Accurately log and update technical tickets in the appropriate systems. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline operational processes. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Over 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficient in SQL and/or PostgreSQL databases. Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Networking. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to resolving challenges.
