You will work closely with the Governmental Sales team on product-related tasks.Your Daily Responsibilities:Lead training activities according to a structured training program.Prepare for training flights, including mission planning, route mapping, weather analysis, and equipment maintenance.Manage and oversee the complete cycle of training flights for fixed-wing UAVs, encompassing pre-flight and post-flight checks.Ensure UAS equipment is fully operational prior to travel for product demonstrations and training.Develop and sustain engaging instructional materials (manuals, presentations, practical exercises) in both Ukrainian and English.Evaluate trainee performance throughout theoretical and practical training, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and proficiency.Conduct hands-on flight training sessions, guiding trainees through pre-flight checks, flight planning, post-flight evaluations, and post-processing procedures.Coordinate and manage cadet training across the entire educational spectrum, including the preparation and continual updating of training resources.Assess the knowledge and skills of trainees.This is a full-time office position, and candidates must be located in Kyiv.
