Required QualificationsFluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken). Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT support or an onsite support role. Strong troubleshooting capabilities within a Windows environment and familiarity with standard IT tools. Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment. Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP) is a plus. Must provide a clean criminal record extract (not older than 3 months).

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Onsite Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to end-users in a professional and regulated environment in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first and second-level IT support (covering hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals).
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for IT-related issues faced by end-users.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service requests using our ticketing system (ServiceNow).
  • Provide timely and professional user support, both desk-side and remotely.
  • Accurately document all actions and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees, including equipment setup and user guidance.
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
