About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Account Manager to facilitate a smooth transition for our merchants from the sales phase through implementation and beyond. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring that our merchants are equipped for long-term success. This position combines elements of project management, customer communication, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on account management, retention, and support after merchants are live.

Your cross-functional collaboration will be essential in creating efficient and scalable onboarding processes, delivering an exceptional experience for every merchant. What You’ll Do:

  • Onboarding / Implementation:

    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process: Oversee the customer journey from sales handover through setup, training, and go-live, ensuring that implementation stays on track, addressing any concerns, and setting merchants up for sustainable success.

    • Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for new merchants, ensuring smooth implementation by providing clear guidance and support, addressing any concerns, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

    • Training: Facilitate training sessions for merchants on the effective utilization of Tebi products.

    • Drive Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and develop scalable onboarding processes that enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and optimize the merchant experience.

  • Account Management / Support:

    • Act as the primary liaison for merchants: Foster strong relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and continued success.
