To excel in this position, you should possess:A degree or be pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Administrative Sciences, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in operational, commercial, customer support, or commercial logistics roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, intermediate MS Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite. Experience managing databases. Ideally, familiarity with image editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Preferably have access to a vehicle or motorcycle.

At Leal, we are seeking an Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting, guiding, and consistently monitoring the operations of our clients. This position involves analyzing transactions, proposing strategies to enhance results, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout their lifecycle. Key areas of focus include onboarding, support needs, and the execution of operational strategies aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role encompasses assisting in acquiring new clients and presenting our customer loyalty program in Panama.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the proper installation of Leal's operational platform at our clients' points of sale.
  • Training personnel at points of sale on loyalty program offerings and their operation within the installed platforms.
  • Continuously analyzing and monitoring transactions at points of sale to identify focal areas for transaction growth initiatives.
  • Proposing, executing, and tracking activities aimed at boosting transaction volumes.
  • Conducting in-person visits to partner merchants to provide support and monitor the execution of the loyalty program.
  • Making follow-up calls to points of sale to encourage transaction growth.
  • Providing client support regarding the operational platform and related processes, resolving inquiries and issues for assigned merchants.
  • Implementing strategies for mystery shopping to identify improvement opportunities and executing action plans to enhance point-of-sale performance.
  • Conducting virtual or in-person retraining sessions for clients based on identified needs or as part of transaction growth strategies.
  • Leading relationships with point-of-sale administrators to understand platform functionality improvements needed.
  • Keeping the Leal team informed of all feedback from activation teams and cashiers, focusing on continuous improvements and problem-solving.
  • Competitor analysis.
