Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of Medicaid programs as directed by the Leadership team, ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
- Develop, execute, and maintain documentation supporting daily operations while managing a team of field operators.
- Provide active support for Medicaid programs, enhancing execution across the state.
- Guide Community Engagement Specialists and Leads in delivering the Connect for Life program using our specially designed curriculum.
- Organize onboarding and training for Community Engagement Specialists and Leads.
- Plan and host various virtual and in-person events to encourage member relationships and wellness.
- Engage with members to foster participation in events and activities, ensuring monthly engagement.
- Document interactions with members using digital devices.
- Identify potential leaders among members to act as Wider Circle Ambassadors.
- Assist prospective members in developing personalized plans for joining the Connect for Life program.
- Act as a liaison, connecting members with their health plans and with each other.
- Forge partnerships with local organizations to expand services available to our members.
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving engagement and growth targets, tracking program success through attendance and feedback.
