Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking of inbound products.
- Manage the returns process by counting and confirming quantities, assessing conditions, and completing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate pickup arrangements for shipments, including communication with delivery drivers and schedule management.
- Maintain effective communication with various departments within the company.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and clients, resolving issues and escalating service problems to the supervisor.
- Promote and encourage safe working practices among team members.
- Organize daily cycle counts and monitor discrepancies.
- Provide weekly updates on reports and assist with other duties as assigned.
