Gopuff is seeking dedicated Operations Associates (OAs) to enhance our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are pivotal to our success, embodying qualities such as determination, a positive attitude, and a passion for overcoming challenges. Your role will encompass various operational duties, including picking and packing items, receiving products, and collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
- Receive and unpack vendor pallets, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage inventory and reshelve canceled orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility.
- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.
- Communicate with customers regarding substitute or out-of-stock items.
- Safely handle, scan, and move products following proper procedures.
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and walking.
- Utilize equipment like carts and pallet jacks to move products.
- Handle products that may include tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
- Occasionally work in freezer conditions.
- Be prepared to navigate several flights of stairs during shifts.
- Prepare quality beverages and food items while following recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for deliveries.
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards for all products.
- Address discrepancies in orders/invoices, particularly regarding expiration requirements.
- Maintain kitchen organization and standards to facilitate resource access while minimizing waste through careful food preparation.
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff.
