Join Gopuff as an Operations Associate and become an integral part of our dynamic operations team in Miami. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, you will embody the values of drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm in a role that is pivotal to our success. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of operational tasks including selecting, packing, and receiving products, both at our site and in our kitchen (if applicable), while collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack product pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy by reconciling counts with purchase orders/invoices and addressing discrepancies
- Oversee inventory management and handle re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner
- Perform various physical activities such as standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking during shifts
- Use equipment like carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement
- Handle products potentially containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Periodically work in freezer locations throughout shifts
- Climb several flights of stairs as needed during the day
- Prepare quality beverages and food items following recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure accuracy for all food and beverage packages for delivery
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Receive and organize orders/invoices, resolving discrepancies related to expiration requirements
- Sustain kitchen organization and standards to ensure accessibility while minimizing waste and spoilage during food prep
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff.
