Iru has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers for 2025, reflecting our commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction.The RoleAs the Events Marketing Manager at Iru, you will spearhead the planning and execution of our comprehensive event strategy across major conferences, industry gatherings, exclusive invite-only events, and community meetups, all within the cybersecurity sector.Your responsibilities will encompass the entire event lifecycle: crafting strategies, managing logistics, fostering vendor relationships, overseeing on-site operations, and more. You will define our event calendar, establish how Iru presents itself at various events, manage budgets, and ensure flawless execution. Your expertise will be indispensable to other teams when challenges arise on-site, as you will have the experience to navigate any situation effectively.You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, as well as sales, PR, and creative teams, to ensure that every event delivers tangible results and embodies Iru's brand essence.This position requires you to work onsite at our Coral Gables office.
