Gopuff is on the lookout for passionate Operations Associates (OAs) to enhance our dynamic operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are pivotal to our mission at Gopuff, bringing energy, resilience, and a positive spirit to tackle challenges head-on. Your diverse operations duties will include picking and packing items, receiving products both on-site and in our kitchen (if relevant), and collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack product pallets from vendors, ensuring physical inventory aligns with purchase orders/invoices while resolving discrepancies
- Oversee inventory management and the re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and overall facility
- Manage waste and spoilage in accordance with FIFO practices
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner
- Engage in physical activities including standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking throughout shifts
- Utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement
- Handle products that may include tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Work in freezer locations intermittently during shifts
- Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs throughout the day
- Prepare quality food and beverages for customers by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure the accuracy of all food and beverage orders packaged for delivery
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Receive and store orders/invoices, resolving discrepancies that do not meet expiration requirements
- Organize the kitchen facility while managing waste and spoilage through careful food preparation practices
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for delivery
