Gopuff is seeking passionate Operations Associates (OAs) to become vital members of our dynamic operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs contribute significantly to our mission by showcasing determination, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. In this role, you will engage in a range of operational tasks including picking, packing, receiving products within our facilities, and collaborating with our partner drivers.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer delivery
- Receive and unpack pallets of products, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Manage inventory and assist with the re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and facility
- Ensure compliance with FIFO to minimize waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Handle and move products safely and efficiently
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking throughout shifts
- Utilize equipment like carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement
- Work with products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Occasionally work in freezer locations during shifts
- Navigate several flights of stairs as required throughout the day
- Prepare quality beverages and food items, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all packaged food and beverages for delivery are accurate
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Process orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Maintain kitchen organization and standards to optimize resource accessibility and minimize waste
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff.
