Role Overview:
The Operations Executive (OE) or Senior Operations Executive (Sr. OE) will take ownership of their designated service areas, overseeing all operational actions as outlined in the job responsibilities. This role is critical in ensuring that qualified technicians are available for service execution, catering to Residential, Small Accounts, and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Core Operational Duties
● Maintain a consistent availability of qualified (trained & certified) technicians in line with Technical Training Guidelines.
● Mentor and train assigned technicians to enhance service quality and customer retention in the designated service area, adhering to Technical Training Guidelines & service SOPs.
● Ensure all necessary preparations, materials, and service tools are readily available and in optimal condition for technicians as per service SOPs.
● Conduct daily briefings to communicate safety protocols and special instructions to technicians based on directives from the Sales Team/Service Docket.
● Facilitate effective use of SCP devices by technicians, troubleshoot issues, and provide refresher training on updates as necessary.
● Ensure that all on-site service documentation in the 'Partner Kit' is up to date and compliant with contractual requirements and myRentokil standards (for myR customers).
● Implement and ensure compliance with service SOPs, SHE golden rules, ATEX, and PINK NOTE by both the OE and assigned technicians.
● Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits a week, which may include surprise visits, route rides, TPA, handling customer complaints, and performing pest audits across Residential & Small Accounts (including QSRs).
● Ensure the use of only APL (Approved Preparations List) products and materials in accordance with service SOPs.
● Maintain material storage facilities as per best practices, ensuring proper disposal of empty containers, used TG/Control boards, pesticide wrappers, and damaged materials as per SOP.
● Establish and follow a regular maintenance and repair schedule for equipment.
● In the absence of colleagues or during vacancies, ensure proper entries are made in iCABS to meet the Branch's operational KPIs.
