Your Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This field-based position is perfect for individuals who excel in problem-solving, lead by example, and ensure every property adheres to the highest quality and guest satisfaction standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Property Turnovers: Manage the entire apartment preparation process, including coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams, and conducting thorough inspections before guest arrivals.
- Ensure Onsite Readiness: Assemble furniture, troubleshoot WiFi and tech setups, and perform minor repairs to guarantee each apartment meets our standards before move-in.
- Field Coordination & Team Management: Serve as the primary contact in the field, fostering relationships with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct Quality Control: Perform comprehensive property inspections using mobile checklists, identify issues, and ensure each space meets cleanliness, functionality, and design standards.
- Provide Hands-On Support: Assist with urgent needs such as replacing furniture, repairing appliances, delivering essential items, or resolving guest lockouts.
- Enhance Efficiency: Manage and organize our corporate vans and inventory, ensuring supplies and tools are always accessible and well-maintained.
