Key ResponsibilitiesManage People Data and Systems: Be the primary owner of our people systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and hygiene for reliable headcount and attrition metrics. Lead Performance Cycle: Oversee our GTRs (Game Tape Reviews), managing the entire process from cadence setting to manager support. Oversee Compensation and Benefits: Ensure global alignment of compensation against target percentiles and enhance our benefits program across regions. Systematize Operational Processes: Manage hardware lifecycle, team surveys, and operational policies to streamline people-related processes. Utilize AI and Automation: Leverage AI solutions to automate manual tasks and develop efficient workflows. Ensure Compliance and Security: Manage compliance with ISO27001 and Vanta requirements to maintain readiness for audits. Required SkillsExperience: 3-5 years in operational roles, preferably in startups or consulting environments. Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions independently. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to drive data integrity and inform decision-making. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and projects effectively.

The Operations Lead will be a pivotal member of our Enablement team, directly reporting to Harry, the Chief People Officer. The Enablement team encompasses Talent, Finance, BizOps, Employee Experience, and People Operations.

This position goes beyond traditional HR roles; it is an operational leadership opportunity for a proactive individual who excels in building robust systems, ensuring data integrity, and executing programs in a rapidly growing environment. You will design systems from scratch and enhance existing ones, focusing on areas such as people data, performance frameworks, compensation, and benefits. Your efforts will be crucial as we scale from approximately 100 to over 500 employees.
