Position: Operations Lead for Digital Systems - Remote (Contractor)
Location: Remote - Preference for candidates in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month + Performance Incentives (Paid via direct bank deposit)

Who You Are
You are a proactive and high-agency professional with extensive experience in AI and tech services operations. You effectively translate strategies into measurable OKRs/KPIs and consistently achieve results. Your background includes in-depth knowledge of SaaS sales, development of RevOps and service-management initiatives, familiarity with DORA/Accelerate metrics, and expertise in security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2/ISO 27001/NIST CSF). You are capable of designing interoperable services across various brands and communicating effectively at both executive and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s operational cadence (OKRs, QBRs, MBRs), dashboards, variance management, and reporting.
• Develop and oversee the RevOps stack (CRM → Marketing Ops → Success/Support → Billing & Collections) while ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Implement tailored ITIL 4-lite practices (Incident, Change, Problem management, SLAs) and institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics.
• Lead initiatives for security and compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk strategy.
• Ensure seamless integration of new funnels, programs, or products into our operational architecture (intake → design → test → launch → hypercare), while building a high-performing operations organization (RevOps, ServiceOps, Data, Automation).
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, RevOps, or technical program leadership within AI/tech services or SaaS sectors, demonstrating tangible results.
• Proven experience in building RevOps stacks, implementing service-management practices, and defining measurable OKR frameworks.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk management, coupled with excellent executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with DORA/Accelerate metrics and collaboration with Product/Engineering teams to enhance workflow.
• Previous experience in leading interdisciplinary teams across multiple brands.
