Work Setup: Onsite
Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8pm - 5am or 11pm - 8am (final schedule to be discussed with the Hiring Manager); Fixed weekends off
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously, including compliance and performance oversight
- Familiarity with technology products
- Experience in the BPO industry, specifically with B2B clients in the US market
- Exceptional English communication skills
- College education with Transcript of Records (TOR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across Product, Project, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure optimal performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assess operational processes to identify areas for growth and lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with IT and Accounting departments to enhance systems and maintain financial accuracy.
- Create and implement operational policies, manage resources and timelines, and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork to build a cohesive, high-achieving organization.
