About the Role
Nabis is in search of a disciplined and proactive Operations Manager to bolster our downstate New York hub. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and be driven to ensure accuracy and efficiency at their site. This is a full-time role that may occasionally involve demanding hours. Prior supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse and/or distribution logistics is essential.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the New York Operations Manager, taking on the responsibility of comprehensively understanding Nabis’s central warehouse processes and the intricacies of enterprise client relationships. This role involves organizing, overseeing, and strategizing daily site operations while collaborating closely with other Nabis hubs. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to enhance all new and existing processes, thriving in an environment characterized by high pressure, tight deadlines, and constantly evolving requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the New York GM, Operations Manager, Supervisors, and Associates to guarantee the timely and accurate transportation and movement of all inbound/outbound activities within the warehouse.
- Monitor daily team performance, providing feedback and training to associates as necessary.
- Oversee and manage daily volume to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead efforts to manage all market objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on delivery on time in full (DOTIF), quality of service, and inventory, all while ensuring a premier experience for our brand and retail partners.
- Supervise and track the team's adherence to standard operational procedures.
