We are seeking a multifaceted candidate with a strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, and operational activities. You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing activities alongside external production sites.
- Lead the supply chain team and the test engineering group.
- Manage inventory levels to fulfill production requirements while minimizing waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators for manufacturing activities (inventory, deliveries, etc.) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on new and updated products.
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key suppliers and serve as the liaison between Genetec and external factories.
- Proactively address any escalation of manufacturing-related issues.
- Ensure product quality and lead the SCAR process when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with an MBA preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken (this position involves interaction with our international partners and clients).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in contract electronic manufacturing and test engineering.
- Practical knowledge and experience with an ERP system.
