Direct daily operations for finance, HR, marketing, and office management. Own key workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Increase efficiency and automation in processes, ensuring clarity and structure during organizational changes.
Act as a primary contact between business units and senior management, supporting decision-making and ensuring goals are met.
Maintain accuracy in planning and forecasting. Identify risks early and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
Support the development of an AI-enhanced operational framework.
