At Credicorp Capital, we are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in Operational Risk and Business Continuity to contribute to the safeguarding of our business, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience within a regional financial organization.This role is instrumental in enhancing control frameworks, managing operational, regulatory, and emerging risks, and implementing the regulatory guidelines established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia alongside the corporate standards of our group. What will your challenges be?Ensure adherence to policies, methodologies, and controls related to Operational Risk Management and Internal Control.Identify, assess, and monitor operational and emerging risks, proposing effective indicators, controls, and action plans.Support the implementation and maintenance of Chapter XXXI of the Basic Legal Circular 100 of 1995, Decree 2555 of 2010, and related regulations.Contribute to the design, update, and execution of the Business Continuity Program (BIA, PCN, contingency plans, crisis management, and IT recovery).Monitor critical suppliers and relevant third parties.Participate in testing, drills, and cross-cutting awareness activities on risks and continuity.Prepare information and reports for committees, audits, and regulatory bodies. What are we looking for?Professional degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.Postgraduate degree in risk management, internal control, auditing, business continuity, or related disciplines.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Risk and/or Business Continuity.Experience in entities overseen by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.Knowledge of Colombian regulatory frameworks, COSO ERM, and continuity management.Desirable familiarity with ISO standards (31000, 22301).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and results-oriented approach.
