The Operations Platform Management team is responsible for planning, preparing, and managing the platforms essential for the operation of Woven City. This position specifically focuses on developing and managing communication platforms critical to operations, reporting directly to the OPM Lead.

Desired Qualifications
At Woven City, we develop and operate various platforms as communication channels for our inventors, residents, tenant staff, and other stakeholders. The contact center (CC) and support desk (SD) are vital platforms that not only maintain service infrastructure but also enhance communication operation quality. This role requires supporting the operations of CC/SD and contributing to their improvement and efficiency. We seek candidates with substantial relevant experience, a proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving, and the ability to drive improvements while managing daily operations, resources, costs, and troubleshooting, all with a long-term development perspective. Additionally, tasks may include responsibilities related to other communication platforms and collaboration with internal and external organizations as needed.
