Role overview
The Operations Specialist plays a key part in moving tickets from partners to fans, working with a wide network of online marketplaces and primary ticketing platforms. The Operations team processes thousands of tickets and orders daily, focusing on accuracy and reliability throughout each step.
This position involves close coordination with internal teams and technology partners to keep ticket inventory up to date, distribute listings, and fulfill orders smoothly across multiple channels. The role is well suited for someone early in their career who is curious, detail-oriented, and interested in how complex systems connect. What you will do
- Support operational workflows that move ticket inventory from initial ingestion to distribution and fulfillment across various marketplaces.
Inventory and distribution operations
- Manage ticket ingestion and update inventory for partner teams and internal systems.
- Ensure listings are accurate and distributed across digital sales channels and marketplaces.
- Track and reconcile inventory movement to maintain accuracy across all systems.
- Assist with key seasonal events, including schedule releases, on-sales, and changes in delivery timing.
- Develop a strong understanding of how inventory moves through primary ticketing platforms and marketplaces.
Marketplace operations
- Monitor marketplace activity and order flow to support daily operations.
