What You’ll Do:Safely operate vehicles to load/unload and follow mobile app routes for deploying or retrieving scooters. Efficiently manage smartphone applications while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Relocate scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas effectively. Conduct basic diagnostics and quality checks on scooters and e-bikes. Assist with warehouse and fleet staging operations. Communicate effectively with team members and utilize internal tools to meet daily objectives. Engage in product testing and new feature rollouts. What You Bring:Must be 21 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years driving experience. Comfortable using smartphone applications while on the move. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (with or without accommodation). A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential. Availability to work weekends is required. Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus!Bonus: Flexible availability for weekend and varied shifts, as well as familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, rideshare, or warehouse operations is advantageous.

We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Specialist - Driver, in partnership with our trusted staffing partner, TalentBurst. This role requires working the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift, including weekends.

 

As an Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include driving, deploying, relocating, and preparing scooters for our riders, ensuring each ride is safe, seamless, and timely.
