The City Lead plays a crucial role in fulfilling this mission locally by ensuring high-quality rental operations, seamless service coordination, and a consistent customer-focused experience. As the site leader, the City Lead drives operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey within their city, acting as a bridge between global standards and local execution.
The Role
The City Lead holds total responsibility for the daily operations and performance of an urban depot. While remaining highly involved in operational tasks (60–70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial responsibilities. You will lead the local team, manage depot costs, ensure efficient fleet turnover, and promote continuous improvement of operations. This role is accountable not only for execution but also for results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high-performance, profitable, and customer-centric operation daily.
Key Responsibilities
Be accountable for the overall performance of the depot across all Rental and Service activities.
Lead, supervise, and develop the local team to achieve operational goals.
Manage fleet resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and achieve business objectives.
