Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Creative problem-solving skills to devise innovative and financially viable solutions. Excellent communication abilities. A detail-oriented, solution-focused approach. An operations-driven and customer-centric mindset. Fluency in English (additional languages, particularly German, are advantageous). Main responsibilities

Coordinate airline operations with the Operational Control Center and Dispatch, prioritizing passenger experience and wellbeing, especially during irregular or disrupted operations.
Monitor compliance with service agreements involving external providers.
Evaluate the financial impact of operational choices, such as costs related to overnight accommodations, flight diversions, EU261 compensation, or leasing external ACMI aircraft.
Manage administrative tasks, including email correspondence and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Provide rapid support during operational disruptions, collaborating with teams such as OCC, Crew Control, and MOCC.
Develop quick, practical solutions for passengers facing delays, cancellations, diversions, or overbookings.
Support airport stations in resolving passenger issues, including ticketing, immigration, or DCS system concerns.
Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to improve team efficiency.
